South Africa To Become First African Country To Legalize Marijuana – See Why



The South African Government will become the first African country to legalize the us of cannabis sativa.
The move by the South African government was confirmed in a statement issued to Inkatha Freedom Party, IFP, who have been championing the cause for the herb’s legalization in the country.
The IFP who have been fighting the legalization of the Medical Innovation Bill was in the statement issued by the Medicines Control Council (MCC) informed that the country will soon legalize marijuana for strictly medical purposes.





The Medicines Control Council (MCC) also revealed that the proposed guidelines on cannabis production for medicinal use would soon published.
The statement read:
“I wish to confirm that our office is working on a number of guidance documents to be shared with the public relating to the manufacture of cannabis for medicinal purposes.”
